EFRHA: NRHA Schweiz jetzt unentschlossen – „Entscheidung fällt nicht ohne die NRHA CH Mitglieder“

(Ramona Billing) Der Schweizer Reiningverband war einer der Verbände, der per  Letter of Intent seine Bereitwilligkeit zum Beitritt zu EFRHA erklärt hat. Doch ganz soch sicher ist man sich jetzt nicht mehr, wir NRHA CH Präsidentin Sari Hébert uns mitteilte:

„Die Schweiz hat kein großes Zuchtprogramm und seit einigen Jahren auch keine Schweizer Futurity mehr. Daher haben wir an dem EFRHA Projekt nicht ein so großes Interesse, aber wir sind gewillt mitzumachen. Die NRHA CH hat in ihrem Letter of Intent zugestimmt, die Idee einer Organisation zu unterstützen, deren Ziel es ist, eine Kooperation der europäischen Affiliates zu schaffen und dies in Zusammenarneit mit NRHA USA.

Ich bin sicher, dass die Leute, die dieses Projekt ins Leben gerufen haben, dies in bester Absicht taten, aber dann fehlte es an Informationen, und ich habe jetzt meine Zweifel daran, wie sich das ganze entwickelt hat.

Ob sich die NRHA CH der EFRHA anschließen wird oder nicht, wird davon abhängen, wie das Projekt letztendlich wirklich aussieht. Bis jetzt sind die Informationen sehr unklar und überzeugen mich nicht wirklich. Jedenfalls ist es meine Überzeugung als Präsident, dass eine derart wichtige Entscheidung nicht ohne die Mitglieder der NRHA CH getroffen werden kann, was in der nächsten Hauptversammlung passieren wird.“

 

Switzerland does not have a big breeding program and since some years no Swiss NRHA Futurity anymore. Thus we do not have a high interest concerning the EFRHA project, but are willing to cooperate. NRHA CH agreed to sign the Letter of Intent in view of supporting the idea of the creation of an entity which goal is the cooperation of European affiliated associations and this in cooperation with the NRHA US.
I am sure that the intention of the persons who initiated this project was good, but there has been a lack of information and I have some doubts with the way it is developped.
Whether the NRHA CH will join or not the EFRHA, will depend on the very final project. Until now the information on the development of the project is not very clear and not really convincing to me. Anyway, as president my opinion is that this important decision can not be taken without consulting all the members of NRHA CH at our next General Assembly.
