EFRHA: Weitere Infos von Rosanne Sternberg zu EFRHA und dem NRHA European Foal Nomination Program

(Ramona Billing) Da es erneut Nachfragen gab, ob das EFRHA Programm das NRHA European Foal Nomination Programm übernimmt oder nicht, haben wir nochmals Rosanne Sternberg kontaktiert. 
Ihre Antwort: "Meines Wissens nach kontrolliert die EFRHA zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nicht das Geld aus dem NRHA European Foal Nomination Program: Die EFRRHA beabsichtigt, eine Futurity und ein Derby durchzuführen, das als Preisgeld neben dem EFRHA Geld auch das aus dem NRHA European Foal Nomination Program auslobt. Das macht diesen Event noch attraktiver. Diese Shows sollen die European Futurity und das European Derby werden. In Zukunft könnten die beiden Programme kombiniert werden, wodurch eine einzige Einzahlung genügt. Diese Kooperation würde ich begrüßen. Aber zuerst muss das Preisgeld ausbezahlt werden, das auch den bisherigen deutschen bzw. italienischen Programmen zusammengekommen ist. Das lässt sich nicht vermischen bevor der betreffende Einzahlungszeitraum abgelaufen ist. Für absolut neueste Informationen zum NRHA Fohlen Programm solltest Du Dich ans NRHA Büro direkt wenden. 
Das Interview mit Gerd habe ich nicht gelesen, so dass ich hierzu keinen Kommentar abgeben kann. Es gibt laufend Gespräche über die Programme im EAC Meeting während der NRHA Futurity in OKC und auf dem European Summit in Brüssel vom 12. bis 15. Januar 2017.
Ich verstehe nicht, wieso Europäische Mitglieder auf die Idee kommen, dass EFRHA in Konkurrenz zur NRHA gehen will. Das war niemals beabsichtigt und auch wenn dieser Verein das Wort 'Association' im Namen trägt, ist es nur als Zuchtprogramm gedacht, bei dem alle Gelder und Titel von der NRHA anerkannt und registriert werden. Es würde dem amerikanischen NRBC entsprechen, das neben den lokalen Futuritys und Derbys existiert. Wenn die deutschen und italienischen Verbände zusammen die EFRHA bilden, müssen sich andere Verbände nicht anschließen, wenn sie das nicht wollen. Alle europäischen Verbände im EAC müssen ihre Stimme abgeben, damit mit der NRHA verhandelt werden kann, dass ihr Nominierungsgeld in den EFRHA Topf einfließt. Ich denke, da liegen die Missverständnisse.
Ich hoffe, dass dies die Situation besser erklärt."



At this time, according to my knowledge, the EFRHA does not have control of the NRHA European Foal Nomination money. First, the remaining money paid into the respective German and Italian breeding programs has to be paid out and cannot be "mixed", until the money paid for this season has been used up. For the most up to date information on NRHA's foal program, I suggest you contact the NRHA office directly. 
I have not read your interview with Gerd, so I cannot comment on what he said. There are continued talks about the programs at the EAC meeting in OKC during the NRHA Futurity and the European Summit in Brussels, on January 12-15, 2017. 
I do not understand why it is perceived by European NRHA members that EFRHA wishes to create a rival organization to NRHA. This has never been the intention and even though the organization has the word "Association" in it, the objective is as a "Breeders Program", where all money and winnings would be NRHA recognized, recorded and approved. It would be the equivalent of NRBC in America, existing alongside other local Futurities and Derbies. If the German and Italian Associations are going to run EFRHA together, then other Associations do not need to join it, if they don't want to. All European Associations represented on the EAC have to vote to allow negotiations with NRHA to include their nomination money to be combined with the EFRHA money and that is where the misunderstandings have stemmed from.
